“I’m usually walking around in comfy clothes, with a baby on my arm,” says Alba, 27, who welcomed daughter Honor Marie Warren in June, “and it’s nice to dress things up and feel sophisticated, sexy, and surrounded by so much beauty.”
Jessica Alba has revealed her body secret after she gave birth. Jessica shares her post maternity body secret with everyone. Jessica revealed how she simply wore a girdle round her body to maintain her contracted body. Usually stars go through certain eating habits to get a toned figure.
The 28 year old actress tells: “I wore a girdle,Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack. She told me to put an elastic band around my waist – any kind of band or girdle works.” And the thing did wonders to Jessica’s body. She revealed how painful it had been during her post natal exercises and workouts.
The girdle according to Alba had been perfect for her not so strong body type. Alba said that she had tried to work out and shape up during a calendar shoot but she soon had to give it up. Alba reveals her agony : “[The workouts] were horrible,” she tells the magazine. “I cried. And I haven’t worked out since.”
Jessica’s new found joys of motherhood knew no bounds as she gave the interview. She said how difficult it was for her to stay away from her daughter for long. Tears started pouring as she went on with her motherhood details she shared with her daughter.
“This is the first time I’ve been away from her,” Alba tells Elle. “It’s been six days. It sucks; it’s the worst thing ever. But we Skype, so I can see her on video. The worst is when you can see her little chubby hands grab the screen, and I’m not there.”
Jessica’s new photoshoot (calendar release) are reportedly photoshopped to bring the usual curvy impact of Alba. She looks as amazing as ever in the retouched versions. Alba however confessed that she had to go through tremendous workout schedules and gruelling sessions of exercise routines that apparently made her cry. But she left all that and maintained wearing the ‘girdle’ that allegedly brought her figure and mental state back.
