The Kill Bill star, Uma Thruman, who has two children with ex-husband Ethan Hawke, says work has taken a back seat for the time being while she continues to raise her family.
But Uma, 39, admits having a highly paid job has made her appreciate being able to make the most of Maya Ray, 10, and Levon Roan,7.
“I am very lucky to be in this profession,” she said. “Being a mother makes you think about all the other mothers and fathers who are struggling with less than I have been fortunate enough to have — with my work and other ways of being able to provide for your children.
“I am able to take time out and really appreciate what I have.”
