It is time to thankfully to father all over the world, their part in form their children is counted on. Nicole Kidman, a mother of a cute daughter, Sunday Rose, is grateful to have such a good father.

Close to her mother, Janelle Melissa, since she was kid, today she had realized her father, Antony David Kidman is special after she’s grow older. Especially when her marriage with Tom Cruise fell apart. At that time she knows her dad was a wonderful daddy.

“He stood by me, comforted me; showed me, at a time when I really needed to see it, the way that a man can be strong, dignified and loving”.

Unconsciously father’s attitude recorded by their children and usually children copied what their parents did in their live. Nicole’s dad is catholic and has a strong set of values based on his religion.

I’ve never once heard him swear, which I always think is interesting. He’s given me a strong sense of conscience, which is something I’m trying to pass on to my own children“.

As a psychiatrist, Dr.Antony has a plus value in advice, “When I was younger he was always trying to give me advice that I wouldn’t listen to. Now that I’m older, I really value his insight”.

“The greatest thing he ever told me was that, as you go through life, you can’t expect someone else to take care of you, only you can take care of yourself. That was a very important lesson for me to learn”.

Mr. Kidman encouraged her and her sister to have thoughts and opinions of their own, know how to express and defend them, those are such a valuable lesson of life from a loner and focus man.

“But I admire him immensely, and, as a daughter, I’ve only ever felt support from him, which is a wonderful thing to be able to say about your dad”.

It is time for us to value our dad for everything he had done in our life, in bad or good ways. Everything has a reason, just be wisely and respect your dad.
I love you, papa. Happy Father’s Day.
