Baby boy for Kelis and Nas. After 31 hours of labor, the baby boy named Knight Jones has born around 9 p.m, weighed 7 lbs, 8 oz, July 22nd in New York city.
The 29 years old R&B songstress delivered naturally with her mom and her sister by her side, “The beautiful baby boy and his mother are doing wonderful,” shares her rep.
Knight is Kelis first child and second child for Nas, who has Destiny , 15 years old from his previous relationship.
Nas and Kelis had split while she’s seven months pregnant. The two are currently embroiled in a bitter divorce, as Nas has asked a court to deny Kelis any spousal support that she has requested. Both sides are also seeking joint custody of the child.
