Brad Paisley had accomplish all the American dreams, he happily married with her sweetheart, Kimberly Williams,  having two adorable sonsWilliam Huckleberry Paisley and Jasper Warren Paisley, and he won the last two Country Music Association Male Vocalist of the Year awards. He sold his albums more than 10 millions. What else he need?

When unleashed his eighth album, ‘American Saturday Night,’ he talked about his reason about his sons’ name. Long before his wife Kimberly got pregnant, she had a dream that they had a little boy and named him Jasper.
“We kept thinking about that, and when we found out it was a boy, we toyed with that idea all the way until we were in the hospital. Then after he was born, we started running it up the flagpole and in spite of what the flagpoles thought, we did it!”

When picked William as the first name for Huck, which is a strong and classic name, and the family quite agree with that, But when they told that his middle name is Huckleberry, “They wanted to kill us! This time we tried it out and it was like, ‘Oh, Jasper? OK, let me think about that.’ Each set of parents had the same kind of reaction: We said it and they said, ‘Well, what about … ? Have you thought about the name … ‘ and they [suggested] another name, like it was up for discussion! But anyway, I love it because I don’t know any Jaspers.”

Having two boys, that’s mean an extra job, but they have a couple of trusted friends and babysitters and two sets of grandparents.
“We don’t have anybody on payroll. That was a big deal for me. Luckily, we’ve made it work so far. I’m lucky that my parents are in such good shape, and they are only 60.”

It’s such a good point to have good relationship between your family, well, you can call them when you need help and also learn more from them.

“The other night we wanted to go see ‘Up,’ which by the way, is unbelievable — a work of art! I called my mom and said, ‘We’re thinking about going to see a movie. What are you guys doing later?’ And they said, ‘We were just going to get something to eat, and we’ll come by when we’re done.’ They came and put Huck down and fed Jasper, and then we went to that movie. It’s nice to do that and then come home and know that they are with their grandparents and they are having a better time than when we’re here … and learning more probably!”

Talking about children is something that won’t get over, especially when the child is on their development age, just like Williams Huckleberry here, who turned two years old in February, his verbal skills are ridiculous according to his loving daddy,

“The other day, I was sitting there reading him a book and patting him on the back. He said, ‘Hey, why are you burping me daddy?’ I guess he thought I was burping him! He doesn’t miss anything at all. It’s unbelievable.”

Plays with your toddler, sometimes brings back your memory about your own childhood, and you would really love it and enjoy it much. And having boy toys such as bulldozer quite the best fun for the father and son relationship here.

“The bulldozer is the best! We’ll fire it up, and he sits in my lap. We just push some rocks or dirt around, and he loves every bit of it. A two-year-old loves little toy bulldozers and trucks, but to be that age and sitting in your dad’s lap on an actual bulldozer, he loves it. And by the way, he knows how to run it now because it’s hand joy stick controlled. The left one does forward, reverse and all that, and then the right one raises and lowers the bucket. It’s just hilarious. I’ll have someone here and I’ll say, ‘Watch this — Go forward!’ and he pushes it forward and raises the bucket. He’s so intense in his face when he’s doing it. It’s so funny.”

And the fun times just won’t stop, it continues to their summer vacation plan,

“We’re calling it a “staycation.” John Lasseter, who runs Pixar and Disney Animation, and I became good buddies a while back, and he’s a huge country music fan. They are having a “staycation” this year at their house, and we’re going out and spend a week. They have a vineyard in Sonoma. They have a fishing pond and a great swimming pool. It’s in northern California, which is just about the prettiest area in our country. We’re going to take the boys. They’ve got four boys that are still at home, five total. Friends of theirs from Houston are coming in too, and they have three boys. There’s not a girl among this group! There’s a total of 10 boys, different ages, running around that week. It will be just wild.”

Missing the family is natural for a father and a husband such as Brad Paisley who will heading out on tour with openers Dierks Bentley and Jimmy Wayne.

“I’m not going to enjoy actually physically being away from them, there’s maybe three days away from my family, and then I’m home. And while I am here, I’m completely home. I’m not working eight hour days.”

And when it came to being organized in the family, wife should be the answer fot that. “Kim. I can hold my own on things like making sure the cars are in good shape or landscaping, but other than that, she pretty much makes sure that the kids have what they need and I have what I need to eat and live.” And thankfully to his wife, he said, “If she didn’t go to the store, there’s not going to be anything in it. There would be mustard, and that’s it.”

An honest man, and very much respect to his parents, wife and children. And I still think Huckleberry amd Jasper are an unique name and having a deep meaning.
