    The theme song of Dirty Dancing, the movie, that had been company my eldest sister while she’s teen. I still can remember how she was imitating the way Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey.

    And September 14, Monday, the star, Patrick Swayze passed away at 57, he was lost  his battle from pancreatic cancer after 20 months. He left Lisa Niemi, 53, his lovely wife, who has been so faithful during the treatment and no child.

    First met in 1970, then got married in 1975, till death they’re apart in 2009. Lisa Niemi is “so broken up and hoping for a miracle and it’s never happen,” a source told America’s Star Magazine.

    The actor penned his memoir “The Time of My Life“in this month  which he wrote with his wife Lisa, Patrick describes a life worthy of no pity.

    “I began thinking to myself, I’ve had more lifetimes than any 10 people put together,” he writes, “and it’s been an amazing ride. So this is okay.”

    Patrick Swayze also wrote about his love to his lovely wife, Lisa Niemi, for 34 years, for better and worst, for good and bad.

    “How grateful I am that you chose to love me,” he wrote. “I know that because of you, I’ve found my spirit. I saw the man I wanted to be. You are my woman, my lover, my mate and my lady. I loved you forever, I love you now and I will love you forever more.”

    And he has been cremated and according to Radar Online, she plans to scatter Swayze’s ashes at their New Mexico spread, Rancho de Dí as Alegres (Ranch of Happy Days).

    On The View, Whoopi Goldberg, who is Patrick Swayze close friend and his co-star in the romance classic Ghost, on the show she said that he was “like a cat that never gave up, and he worked until the last minute.”

    She’d thank you for the role she’s got on Ghost to him, and make her won the 1991 Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. At the end of the show, she describes her friend marriage with Lisa.

    “The two of them were in love. they were also together,” Goldberg said, with her voice cracking. “I can’t explain it any other way.”

    Lea Thompson, who starred with Swayze in “Red Dawn“: “I always had a special bond with him because we were both dancers. I understood his dedication and commitment and how hard he would work. I was amazed at his spirit because when I did ‘Red Dawn’ with him he was our leader and he really took that to heart. We had a lot of fun and he would make sure we would always do our best as actors. I really admired his discipline and fun loving sense of humor. He will be deeply missed.”

    Rob Lowe: “He played my brother in ‘The Outsiders‘ when I was 17. Tonight I lost a brother.”

    And Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger: “Patrick Swayze was a talented and passionate artist who struck a memorable chord with audiences throughout the world. He played a wide range of characters both on stage and in movies and his celebrated performances made the hard work of acting look effortless – which I know from experience is not easy. As a fan and as an actor, I admired Patrick and I know that he will be dearly missed. On behalf of all Californians, Maria and I send our deepest condolences to Patrick’s family, friends and fans.”

    After died, a person will be reminded for the goods that he has done. So be good while you’re alive. We lost a great dancer and actor.
