After her gorgeous looks with bright purple dress at the Armani Ristorante in New York city on Monday night (November 23). Cate Blanchett back to her most important part in the world, mommy’s duties.

The actress spotted out with her sons in New York city this morning (November 25). While her youngest son Ignatius Martin sat down on his stroller and his brother Dashiell John walked by holding hands with mommy.

The Australian actress is on the cover of Vogue for December issue and on it she talks about her courage and dares decision about her important things, such her precious little knights and career.

Remain beauty on 40 and has the motto “a bit of risk, a bit of fun” which is getting stronger since she became a mother, she says, “Your sense of bravery increases. You’re constantly making mistakes as a parent—constantly. So you just think, Oh, let’s give this a go—what have I got to lose?”

Dream to return to Australia, theater company and permanent home for her three sons made her and her husband, Andrew Upton, were ready for a change, “It was absolutely glorious.” Still Blanchett introduce the “wild and woolly nature” of theater to sons ,—Dashiell, eight; Roman, five; and Ignatius Martin, one—,

“There are so few experiences in our manicured, nanny-stated existence that have the quality of circus,” she says. “Theater still does.” And so, when the boys aren’t playing with friends, they can usually be found playing backstage. “They’re always engaged in the family business, so to speak,” Blanchett says.

A lady who has opinion when it comes to her career, she lives in the moment, neither looking back (“I forget things as soon as they’ve happened. I’m like a goldfish”) nor ahead. “I’m not very cautious or careful,” she says. “It’s always been more about having a variety of experiences than any planned trajectory. Not to get too mauve about it, but I think that in a way, projects choose you.”

For his part, Upton marvels at his wife’s ability to handle so many things at once. “It’s like watching one of those plate spinners who keep adding plates while keeping them all spinning,” he says. “And when these are things that you’re passionate about or that are deeply connected to your identity or, in the case of children, part of what your whole purpose on Earth is, there’s a lot at stake.” To his amazement, he adds, “the work seems to be not just unaffected but to actually get better.”

What a dare mother, dare to stand for her career choices and her family.
