“You just don’t understand stress like that when you’re younger.  I was anorexic when I was 15 — I’d be obsessed with working out, and I’d never eat.  That was the worst I’ve ever been. I’ve been very underweight and then overweight by about 30 pounds.”

Even after Khloe lost 25 pounds today, and still she gets teased for being fat and compared to her sisters, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.

“Now I hate it when people compare me to my sisters. Kourtney’s 5 feet, I’m 5-foot-10 and Kim is 5-foot-2. I will never look like them. No matter how skinny I am, that body will never be mine.”

It’s all about self acceptation. Even though she worked hard to achieve her slim figure, and she keeps her workouts fun and shares her fitness regime,

“I try to do just 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory. Obviously if I have more time, I want to do weights, but really that cardio is what works for me because I’m bigger. Cardio is what leans me out, and it still works your muscle definition too. Any kind of cardio. I do different kinds everyday because I get really bored. I do boxing, I go on hikes, I do stairs. I’m always switching it up.”
