Sometimes some women are able to juggling their time between career and family, and many have to choose between the two. And Katherine Jenkins, the 31-years-old mezzo-soprano singer, choose family.
The Welsh singer is getting married next year to Gethin Jones, the former Blue Peter presenter, she says having children will be her focus.
Steadiness her heart to be remembered as a family woman than a performer, up to she would like her tombstone to read, “beloved mother and daughter…who could sing a bit.”
She explains, “If you’re lucky enough to have kids, you want to enjoy it. I don’t want to compromise on that. I will make a decision to be a really good mum; that’s what I’d want to focus on.
“Hopefully, I would be able to come back afterwards. If I can’t, I’ll just enjoy being a mum,” she said.
“Honestly, family is so important to me. It’s much more important than my career.”
Well, anything you do with heart will be great.
