Bristol Palin met Meyer during a Rascal Flatts concert in Las Vegas, the couple was planning to a wedding in his native Kentucky over the Memorial Day weekend, but less than a week Bristol Palin announced the wedding would not take place. And a month later, she announced her pregnancy.
Even though she admitted her second out-of-wedlock pregnancy was a huge disappointment to her family.

According to Daily Mail, the court documents in which Palin “admit[s] that Meyer is the biological father of the minor child, and that paternity has been established via DNA testing dated February 10, 2015 at 99.9957% certainty.”

It is filed in the document the response of the 27-years-old ‘Daddy’ to joint a legal dan physical custody of their baby, Palin thought the joint custody was not “practicable” as Palin lives in Alaska and Meyer lives in Kentucky. Meyer has also filed an emergency motion to see his daughter amid the ongoing legal proceedings.

Bristol Palin also has another custody battle with her other ex-fiancé, Levi Johnston, who last week won joint custody of their 7-year-old son, Tripp.

Instagram may reveal her plan about all the custody battle, with shared her picture with her two children, she captioned:

“These babies are my world and I will always be doing what is best for them,” she wrote of Tripp and Sailor Grace.

“Every child deserves two loving parents, so I will continue to encourage that no matter what. I have never, and will never, keep them from having a positive relationship with their fathers. I did not ‘lose’ any custody case – my son has always spent most of his time with me and he will continue to do so, he is happy, healthy, and knows both of his parents love him.. Matthew 5:11.”
