    Melissa McCarthy, just being a mother, when she hesitant of her 8-years-old little girl, Vivian, on camera in her most film, The Boss.

    The actress tells Bust magazine about her feeling to cast her daughter ”We were very hesitant to do that. By hesitant, I mean, we kept saying flat out ‘no,’ ” she adds. “School plays? You can do that. You don’t need to be doing this as a job. You’re in school. That’s your job.”

    But Vivian was not giving that up, that little girl knows her ability to do the act.

    “She knew there were kids in this movie,”McCarthy says.
    When Vivian asked, “Am I not allowed to at least try?”
    McCarthy finally caved and allowed her little girl to try, “I said, ‘Yes, yes, you are of course allowed to try.”

    Melissa McCarthy shares the moment when her daughter show the professionally  of young actress and the dedication to the part.
    It happened when Ben Falcone, McCarthy’s husband drove Vivian’s to her big scene.

    “Ben was trying to joke around with her on the way to set,” McCarthy says. “But she said something to the effect of, ‘Do you mind if we joke around after I’m done? I think she [her character, Michelle] is probably pretty upset right now and when you make me laugh I don’t feel like her.’ ”

    Falcone later told McCarhty, “I’m the director and I’m messing up my actress!”

    The Boss is a positive portrayal of friendships between women that lacking in many movies according to the Bridesmaid’s star. That is also the reason why Melissa McCarthy let Vivian to be the part of the film.

    “Watching [women] become friends and then essentially become family, that’s the kind of thing I root for when I watch a movie,” she explains.

    “I want to see that. I love to show women and girls uniting. I love showing that because I think so often in movies, you see women just fighting and not liking each other. That’s not real life. That’s not the norm,” Melissa McCarthy adds.

    But to involved her daughter in the next film is far beyond her imagination. She’s in no rush to get her in front of the camera anytime soon. “I said ‘Okay! Great job! Do it again when you’re 20!’ “
