The love story of the couple just like a fairy tale. The fairy tale began when Kareena Kapoor met the true prince, Saif Ali Khan and that’s what the 35-years-old felt to fashion magazine,
“Yes, and as it turned out, he is a prince, which fits my fairy tale metaphor perfectly, but he didn’t have to be one – I mean, he would have been just as charming without his title.”
“I unabashedly wore my heart on my sleeve and it was a nice ride till I finally met Saif and we fell in love,” the expecting mom added.
The Phantom actor also does not want to miss telling about their love story, Khan said,
“I think timing is everything. I met Kareena at a point in my life when I was ready to consolidate and build in every area of my life. She brought a great sense of stability; I felt like we were able to create a solid foundation on which I could build emotionally, financially, and professionally.”
They were know long before they were co-stars in LOC and Omkara, but they became closer while they were starring Tashan in Ladakh.
The actress who admitted that her husband is an attractive man, has felt some disagreement while she moved in with Saif, Bebo [Kareena Kapoor nickname] said;
“Saif and I moved in together because I was ready to leave my mother’s house, and if he and I did not live together, we would barely meet.”
“There were some raised eyebrows, especially since I am from the Kapoor khandaan. But I was always honest about it. In Bollywood, the tried-and-tested formula always works, so why not try and test a relationship? I didn’t see anything wrong in it,” she added.
Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan has been married since October 2012 in a private ceremony in Bandra, Mumbai. The couple expecting their child that will be born in December. For Kareena Kapoor, the baby will be her first child and for Saif Ali Khan, the baby will be his third child. Saif Ali Khan was married to Amrita Singh and has two children.
