Again Suri Cruise, 3 years old daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes steals our attention with her beautiful and cute face. After several days in Boston with daddy, Tom Cruise while he’s been filming Wichita. Now it’s mommy turns.
Suri with pony tail and sweet pink ribbon hairpin, she looks cute. Held on her stuffed animal she spent some fun time with mom and nanny on Katie Homes’ new film, The Romantic in Long Island New York.
On last Wednesday, Katie was photographed bottle feeding her daughter, Suri on the set. I am not to judge her. I have the same thing with her in this matter. My daughter is still using her bottle to has some milk. She’s very comfortable with her bottle, I just let her, and think that might be the time for her to stop hasn’t come yet.

Dr. Jennifer Shu, a pediatrician and co-author of Food Fights, tells,
“She should have been weaned off the bottle by the time she was one year old. By the time kids are nine months old, they have the physical development and mouth coordination necessary to be able to drink out of a sippy cup or a cup with straw. That development comes pretty early. You don’t force kids to crawl when they can walk.” But Shu also added, if Suri is using the bottle out of comfort, her parents should “transition her to a different security object that doesn’t cause cavities,” such as a blanket or a Teddy bear.
Dr. Harvey Karp, a pediatrician, child development specialist and creator of the DVD and book, The Happiest Toddler on the Block, thinks different way, he tells,
“Sucking is normal for kids when they are tired or bored — as long as kids aren’t keeping the bottle in their mouths for hours” he said, adding that it may serve as an emotional security device. “Thumb-sucking is more damaging.”
Any expert can say anything about how raising child, but still mom knows the best for the child with some wise considerations depend to child condition.
