When you married, everything will not be the same anymore. George Clooney opened up about his marriage with his wife, Amal Clooney. How she has become the most influence person in his life for the better version of course.
The actor, who believed that “never getting married” and “not gonna have kids” especially after his divorce 1993, says to GQ that he was content with his life, more than content not until he meet mrs. George Clooney.
“I’m gonna work, I’ve got great friends, my life is full, I’m doing well. And I didn’t know how un-full it was until I met Amal. And then everything changed. And I was like, ‘Oh, actually, this has been a huge empty space.’ ” Marriage changed him in the simplest way, he says, “because I’d never been in the position where someone else’s life was infinitely more important to me than my own. You know? And then tack on two more individuals, who are small and have to be fed.…”
The 59-years-old, George Clooney expressing that having children provided him insight into a greater meaning of his life. And how exactly he expressing his life during Covid-19 pandemic.
“I cut my own hair and I cut my kids’ hair and I’m mopping it and vacuuming and doing the laundry and doing the dishes every day,” he says. “I feel like my mother in 1964. You know, I understand why she burned her bra.” But mostly he’s happy—he’s got a group text he calls a “chat line” that is busy 24 hours a day with his buddies checking in on one another, and he’s got his family.
But still George Clooney missed aal the stuff he had before the pandemic. He says, “It kills me that I can’t go see Bruce Springsteen in concert. It kills me that I can’t go see Bono, can’t go see U2 in concert right now. But…you know, there’s a lot worse things in the world. People are dealing with a lot bigger problems.”
That is the right choice to do during this CoronaVirus. Even throughout interview, George Clooney is keeping his distance, because too many risk since Clooney son’s Alexander has asthma and Clooney is 59.
