Welcoming a baby is a remarkable feeling, and Rich Sommer feels the same for second time. Last August 31, in Los Angeles, the Mad Men star and his wife, Virginia, welcomed their son, named Patrick Ryan Sommer.
Patrick weighed in at 7 lbs., 9 oz., is 21 inches long and joins big sister Beatrice, 2½.
Through People, 32 years old star whom the best known in The Devil Wears Prada as Doug, Anne Hathaway‘s friend tells,
“We are loving hanging with our happy, healthy baby boy, and appreciate our family and friends joining us in celebrating this exciting time. Also, he looks way better than I do in a onesie.”
Pounded as he waited in the hospital waiting room still felt, but awareness is still there in his mind, even he still can joke.
“I’ll try to remain coherent at all times so that I’m not the terrible father that welcomes his son into the world in a fog of pain and alcohol.” Sommer joked. Well, he does have perfect excuse that he was only appreciate the character; “Son, I was rehearsing.”
