Jennifer Hudson, the Dreamgirls, pregnant with her first child, according to reports from the US.
Three separate sources close to the winner of Golden Globe Award, have confirmed that Jennifer and fiance David Otunga are expecting their first child at the end of the year.
One source said: “Jennifer and David are delighted at the news but it’s tinged with sadness because it makes Jennifer miss her own mum even more.
“She always imagined her mum would be there throughout her pregnancy and to hold her hand through her first steps of motherhood.
“She has other people around her who will support her but no one will replace her mum.”
Jennifer’s mum, brother and nephew were murdered last year. Jennifer’s former brother-in-law has been charged with the deaths.
