“I like silly. Yes, I think silly is good. It’s just an extension of when I made my friends laugh, growing up. What is real life? Comedy? Drama? Maybe a little bit of both. I think when it’s going well, it’s more comedy than drama. We all go to the movies to kind of escape and to watch someone play the fool, which is often me. But I’m OK with it because I get to step outside of myself. In real-life, I’m not a foolish person at all, I’m very serious. Why are you smiling?”

“Pay attention, listen. Those are the basics, got to get those down. I’m lucky that — well, I don’t know if it’s lucky — but I’m with someone whose very low maintenance. If I were to buy her a bunch of jewelry, she wouldn’t know what to do with it. It sounds cliche, but we’re really good friends and have a good blending of giving each other space, but also enjoying each other’s company as well.”

“I travel with a very intimidating posse of my wife, two kids, and sometimes my mother and/or father. My mom is tough. She’s a black belt in karate and rides a motorcycle. We travel with six small dogs, yipping dogs, so if we come at you, you’re gonna get out of our way.”

“I think you go through real periods of feeling really confident and then you go right back to feeling like you’re terrible and, ‘Boy, I’d better think of another job because this could fall to pieces at any moment.’ So it’s a weird mixture of supreme confidence and then just having those moments and times where you’re like, ‘What’s it all about?'”
Being in part of Land of the Lost movie, feels like being a kid again. the former of Saturday night Live Guest Host was growing up with Land of the Lost as his favorite show. It really stood out among the cartoons on Saturday mornings.
“I would get nervous before each week’s episode. That’s how much I loved Land of the Lost. I was like, ‘What’s going to happen to them next?’ Even though I was kind of nervous, I wasn’t afraid”.
