Comcast SportsNet’s Leslie Gudel reveals that the 25 years old Philadelphia Phillies pitcher, Cole Hamels is expecting his first child with wife Heidi Strobel at the end of the summer. The former world series’ wife is nearly six months pregnant and the couple will learn the sex of their first child on Monday.
Cole and Heidi, a Survivor: The Amazon alum, married in 2006, were planning on traveling to Ethiopia to adopt a child in December, but because of the pregnancy will push off those plans until next April.
Congratulation for the happy couple.
