Joyce Hawkins : The Endless Mother’s Love

This a simple mother who loves her child so much, a type of dedicated mom with expand love in her heart. She is Chris Brown‘s mom, Joyce Hawkins.

After his fight with his girlfriend, Rihanna, in his rented Lamborghini on Feb 8, Chris Brown tells his mom about what happens.

“I told my mom what happened and just broke down. I was disappointed in myself and I felt like I had let my mom down.”

And like any mother, who heard her child did something bad, she is hurt inside. Its still haunts her, she tells, “It was the most painful moment in my life to hear him tell me that,” and her respond, “I just sighed and was like, ‘What in the world happened?’ And you know he started talking, but I could see the pain in his face and how hurt he was while he was trying to tell me. It wasn’t easy for him to do.”

Raised Chris in a small town of Tappahannock, Va, Hawkins told to her son that what he did is not good, “I explained to him that in no way [was] what he did right or acceptable. And I just explained to him that if something of this magnitude ever happened again, what he should do – walk away from any situation and never involve yourself like that ever again.”

Shocking mom is never thought about the assault her son did to Rihanna whose has been like family to her. “I’ve never seen any violence in Chris, ever. There was never a history of violence.” She considers him as her little angel as any mom thinks about her child.

While Brown now begins serving his sentences, Hawkins says her heart goes out to Rihanna. “I love her,” she said. “She’s like a daughter. She became family to us. She’s spent Christmas with us and for the last two years.”
