Whitney Houston is so ready for her comeback into music industry, she dare to revealed her drugs problem to world on Oprah Winfrey show. The singer Queen of the Night admitted that she was addicted when she was married to singer Bobby Brown on her first part interview with Oprah.

At the point of her life, Houston finally needed to figure out about the next step after she left her husband. “I had to get to the point where I had to make the choice and that one day came and I left,” she said, revealing that she told Bobby she was going out for sugar and “I never came back and I went to L.A. I made some moves and then I took [daughter Bobbi Kristina] with me to California.

Got support from her ‘never give up’ mom and her lovely daughter, Whitney Houston can step out from “unholy matrimony” , “drugs” and “everything that’s evil.”

Quit from the drugs is not taking a long time, but to be strong from temptation to using it back is hard and need to struggle and strength of the hard will to be cured. For Houston everyday is struggle, starting from the day she committed to quit.

“There are times when it takes a minute to cleanse, get off me — I have to pray it away. I have a drink every now and then … don’t get me wrong — that was not an issue for me. Oprah, one day at a time. Right now, no [I don’t want drugs]. If ever I get low, I get weak, I know where I can go. I know where I can run to. And I know that God loves me. He loves me. I love the spirit of God so much. I’m not trading that for nothing.”

Her daughter, Bobbi Kristina is very supported the decision to divorce. She is the one that said her mom doesn’t deserve any bad and unfaithful habits since she saw her dad with another woman and just “crazy things.”

Her daughter appearance at Oprah Show is surprising the Houston fans. When she asked how proud she was of her mother after her mom had overcome an unhealthy marriage and drugs problems, Bobbi Kristina said, “Words can’t explain how proud I am of her… I’ve been there with her through everything… I stay by her side. That’s like my best friend, like my sister.”

Her mom stated, “It wasn’t easy but she never let go of my hand. And I never let go of hers.”

I guess the 16 years old daughter has grown up and wiser, since she has through all the family problem she’s facing on. And I know it is not easy for the teen on her age.

The singer’s also saying about the news of Michael Jackson‘s death. “Devastating,” Houston told Winfrey. “I have so many good memories of spending time with him. I’ve known his family for so many years that I thought, ‘It can’t be true.’ ”

She also awares about his painkiller addiction at one point, “I knew he was on painkillers at one time … I didn’t know how far and how deep it was,” she recalled.

Performing with Michael Jackson at his 30th-anniversary special in 2001 opened her eyes — she saw him as a “mirror” because he reflected her own problems with addictions. “I just remember doing the anniversary special and I remember looking at Michael and I remember looking at myself and I was getting scared looking at him,” she said. “I was looking at myself. I don’t want it to be like this. Mike and I were very close.”

Houston said the last time she and Jackson spoke was during his 2005 trial on child molestation charges, “By that time, he cut out a lot of people…He spoke to me on the phone but didn’t want me to see him,” she said. “To have it end like that saddens me.”

The saddest thing about this is, why we always keep silence even after we knew about the drugs problem on other person that we known as a friend? Don’t you think we should give our friend advise or perhaps remind that person for what he/she did, that is no future in drugs…

Whitney Houston came out as a winner during a battle with herself. She is comeback after her long drugs battles and released I Look to You album.
