Brittany Murphy’s Death and the Lost of Her Family

It’s a sad news, tragic death and lost. People knew Brittany Murphy from her movies like, Clueless, Girl, Interrupted, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Sin City 2, and the most movie I remember about her is Just Married, and she died Sunday morning in 32 years old.

The coroner Monday completed an autopsy of the actress who suffered cardiac arrest at her Hollywood home Sunday, December 20,  and was pronounced dead on arrival at 10:04 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Brittany Murphy was about to starting family after she was married with screen writer Simon Monjack in May 2007. She spoke to OK! about her hope to have kids and babies, she said, “I’ve always loved kids and babies and always wanted to be a mom.”

The dream to have children has broken and left the sadness from the closest family, husband and fans.

Her mother, Sharon Murphy, who discovered Murphy “lying on the floor unresponsive” in the bathroom, after half an hour went to bathroom. She asked for help and Murphy’s husband prompting to see what the problem was. By the time the paramedics arrived, she was “without signs of life.” She was then moved to the master bedroom where several prescription drugs were found, some prescribed to Murphy, others prescribed to her husband or mother.

Rumors about the death caused of Brittany Murphy are blooming, over doses and eating disorder could be contributed to Murphy’s death. Simon Monjack, says the rumors about her being anorexic is crazy. He told to People, “She was slim but that was her natural physique. This is what’s killing all of us? How did it happen? Her mum, myself and her family, we want to know why we lost our baby.”

He knows that his wife suffered from a heart murmur, which can cause fatigue, dizziness and irregular heartbeats. But she did not require medication to treat a condition that is generally not life threatening, he said.

The day before she died, he said, his wife was ill and stayed in bed all day. She was suffering from laryngitis, which she treated with herbal tea, ginger and lemon.

“She was on herbal remedies that wouldn’t speed up her heart,” Monjack said. “There was nothing here that could endanger her. There was prescription medication in the house for her female time and some cough syrup. That was it.”

And according to TMZ, an investigator who attended to Murphy noted that she “had been complaining of shortness of breath and severe abdominal pain” in the seven to 10 days leading up to her death. Other reports had said she’d been experiencing flu-like symptoms in the days before her death.

And the night before her sudden death, Brittany “had consumed some noodles, leftover Thai food, Gatorade, water and tea with lemon,” noted from an investigator with the Los Angeles coroner’s office.

Angelo Bertolotti tells E! that he can’t believe what had happened to his daughter, “I can’t believe it really. It happened so fast; I’m just trying to figure it all out right now. I’m very upset by it.”

Bertolotti had not spoken to his daughter for more than a year and never met her husband too, he says that he’ll not attending to Murphy’s funeral tomorrow evening at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills.

“I can’t believe it really. It happened so fast; I’m just trying to figure it all out right now. I’m very upset by it.”

“I just don’t want to see that happen, I just want to remember her alive. I’ll wait about a month to go out there [to her gravesite].”

Linda Monjack, Murphy’s mother in law tells The Jewish Chronicle, it’s a shock tragedy for her and her son, “I was up at two o’clock in the morning talking to him last night. He’s not good at all. It’s such a shock, I’ve spoken to her mother and she is distraught. Brittany was an only child and her mother was living with them.”
