Gwyneth_Paltrow_and_ChildrenGwyneth Paltrow, a mother of two is looking gorgeous and fit. At the age of 37 years old she still has the glow skin and her beautiful leg. It’s not ineffectual to have strict diet and working out to back into shape when she was getting ready for Iron Man 2.

The actress tells Parade that she had to slim back down.
“I sort of feel like you have to enjoy your life, but nothing comes for free. It’s like I can’t eat whatever I want and not exercise and look like this. I have to be realistic. I can’t go to Nashville and eat fried chicken for six weeks and then look like this without going on a major detox and a diet and hitting exercise hard again. You can achieve anything. Sometimes I work hard and sometimes I slack hard. Then, my son points to my fat tummy and then I step it up. I think it’s just about knowing that you have the power to look however you want. Are you going to wake up and make yourself do it and lose the weight you need to lose?”

She had taken her time out of her career to be a full time mum and wife to her husband, Chris Martin, 33. And she’s not complaining about the side that she has choose, parenthood.

Paltrow doesn’t make as many film as she used to, and through New magazine, she tells the reason and the joy of motherhood she had taste.

“I worked so much in my twenties, then I had these two beautiful kids and I just wanted to be home with them. It’s probably not the best thing for your career, but my kids are my priority. They need me at home. When I was doing the last movie, Moses didn’t like it. And I just thought, “I can’t do this again right away.” Some days you think, “Oh my God. They’re in the bath right now and I’m not there.” I’d cry in my trailer.”

She had a great mother, Blythe Danner who has done the same thing as she does. To be with her children more.
“I love picking them up from school, and I love cooking with them. It’s such a gift. I love what I do, too, but their needs are more important than my needs. I don’t need to be doing three films a year and be the biggest star.”

I think being a career woman for Gwyneth is not an optional, she knows her made the right decision for her family. It’s they way she found the balance in mind, body and soul.

“I could throw myself into my career and then I’d probably lose my marriage. You have to be very mindful of your balance. My family’s super important to me. You don’t want to get too career orientated and lose that.”

Enjoying the motherhood and bliss of childhood inside her children, Apple, 5 and Moses, 4.
“My girl, we play dress up, she likes me to curl her hair and we play with dolls, and my boy is with his punching bag and his soccer ball. I love them both so much, but I think there is something special between a mother and a son and a father and a daughter; it’s very sweet. When I see my daughter with my husband, it’s like her eyes get all big.”

And realize the genes of music flow inside her children which they got it from their father whom a lead singer of the British rock group Coldplay, overtime they with their father.
“They both love music and they’re into it. Music comes out of my son, it’s like he goes into another world.”

On Late Show with David Letterman, Gwyneth’s busy to full fill the request of her daughter, Apple, who will be turning 6 this month and petting zoo party is not like she was imagine.

“It’s crazy! It’s literally like one pony to ride — I don’t know where we’re riding this pony, by the way — one pony to pet, some goats, a bearded dragon, a tarantula, two manx rats and a descented skunk. So that’s what’s coming.”

Gwyneth admits about marriage isn’t easy, the marriage they have is need hard work like everyone else but they both respect to their commitment they made each other.

She told to Britain’s Star magazine, “It’s honesty and support and respect. I really have an incredible amount of respect for him as a man, as a human being and as an artist. We have our ups and downs like every couple, but I think you have to make that commitment to invest in a life together and then you don’t get that thing if you’re single and dating or whatever.”

She reveals to what makes her stay so grounded, and amazingly she says her family then that keeps her grounded.
“Kids keep you grounded. I had a really great dad who told me the truth. And he was a great influence. I’m lucky, because without good parents, I feel it’s so hard to have personal success. It’s a real gift that they gave me. And I have really honest people around me, too. I have old friends, a great brother and a great husband – quality people who keep my feet on the ground.”

Famously with her healthy choice to life, starts from yoga daily and follows a macrobiotic diet and believe in whole grains and noose sugar in her life. Gwyneth does manage her children keep off junk food.

“A year ago, I was working on a cookbook and making organic homemade root beer because I wanted to make it with almost no sugar. My daughter said, “What is that?” And I said, “It’s soda.” And she said, “What’s soda?” And I was like, “Yes! She doesn’t know what soda is.” Now she knows what it is and is always asking me for it.”

The beautiful woman and mother reveals the beauty secret of her shape,
“I think it goes back to diet and exercise. Try and have a lot of greens, vegetables and fruits. Our bodies are incredible if we aren’t eating Doritos and soda. That stuff is poison.”

Knowing how healthy life’s meaning to Gwyneth and family, push me to see my self on the mirror as junk food’s fans, could be my choice of what I think healthy is the right one?

She can manage her depression caused by the death of her father, Bruce Paltrow. But “it’s still hard” for her, especially her father was the one that “just very honest” to her.
“But it has taught me that to fear bad things happening is a waste of energy. Everything happens for a reason,” she said.

Gwyneth once again has the reason to be happy for anything she had and got blessed.
“I think that I really got a lot happier when I realized that, as corny as it sounds, the simplest things in life have made me so happy, like slowing down, cooking for my family, having kids that are healthy. The relationships that you have make you happy. My children keep me so awake and I find it very heartening in a way, too. I mean, it’s great to have success, it’s great to have money. I don’t want to give it away, but I know that if it was taken away, if I had my family, I would be OK. I guess I’m not scared the way I was in my 20s, when I thought it was all about success and I had to be a successful person.”

“In London, I have a very quiet domestic life, so to come here and do something like this is fun. It’s nice to dress up and pretend to be like Gwyneth Paltrow.”
