Pregnancy seem to bring a dilemma to some women. There are two side of it, fun part and annoying part. Fun parts more like surge inside your chest about fun things like shopping, waiting for the baby’s gender, wonder about the looks of your baby and other thing that could bring the happiness. The annoying part, well, I guess every women know this, the hormonal change and gain some weight.

And for Molly Sims, the journey of becoming a new mom is incomparable. At Tracy Anderson’s The Pregnancy Project DVD launch in New York City last Friday, the former model says, “Everyone talks about the pregnancy and don’t get me wrong, it sucks, it’s hard, you get huge but let me tell you something, no one talks about after. That’s the hard part.”

“You have to think about a baby first, and you have to get off all of that fat and weight and that’s a whole thing on its own. It’s literally the hardest thing I’ve ever done.”

On her effort to regain her body after gave a birth Brooks Alan, 3-months-old, she turns to fitness trainer Tracy Anderson while she was expecting. Its the same program she used to reduce some pounds for her nuptial.

“We always focus so much on weight loss after, but you actually want to focus on being healthy during,” she says. “Even when you’re nauseous and even when you want to throw up and you weigh 50 lbs. from when you started, each month tells you what you need to work on.”

Her story for balancing between working out on her fitness and motherhood look sustainable well. Her 3-months-old- son leaves more stories and energy which assist in her fitness fight.

“Today he was trying to focus [his eyes] and then he realized it was me,” she shares. ”My baby was born with a tooth, so he had this big smile with this gap and tooth, and then he turned back into the crib like he was playing peek-a-boo. He would smile and then tuck back in and come back up.”

But one of his recent most memorable milestones? His first stroll through New York City!

“We live most of the time in L.A. so he’s only used to the L.A. sidewalks and not bumpy sidewalks,” Sims explains. ”So he was [gripping the stroller] like, ‘I’m not sure what’s going on!’ And his eyes were huge.”

Sims embrace her motherhood by showing her handsome baby boy on her blog.

“It may still be 90 degrees in L.A., but I am ready for fall (and all the cool weather fashion it brings with!),” she writes. “But before we dive head first into October, I wanted to share some photos from last month with you so that you could see what baby Brooks and I have been up to.”

“Since a baby’s first few months fly by, we’ve been trying to capture every moment.”

The actress-model also shares a few photos with her husband, film producer Scott Stuber.

“sweet moments with daddy, who also took me on a trip to Napa (where we got married) for our one-year anniversary! How romantic is he?!”
