Hilary Duff Shares Her Cutest & Private Motherhood Moment

Hilary Duff is sharing some “real motherhood feels” about how growing her family are and the exhausting motherhood can be.

Since giving her baby girl Banks Violet, the former “Lizzie McGuire” star, sharing her cutest update about her hugged her daughter for the first time.

Hilary duff gave birth back in October 2018, the never ending celebration being a parent. Hilary wrote about her home birth. The mother of 6-years-old son, Luca, remembered when Banks reached out to hug her. The moment was “absolutely lovely and rewarding(and shocking) that after giving birth to my baby girl we hugged ..for the first time, In my mind I like to believe that she was saying good job mom.”

Lucky to have her family around as well Matthew Koma, her boyfriend, who “provided such a safe calm strength”.

I’ve been wondering for a long time if I would ever share this video as it is extremely personal…. it was so absolutely lovely and rewarding(and shocking) that after giving birth to my baby girl we hugged …for the first time, In my mind I like to believe that she was saying good job mom. Go team go. We did it. Together. Matt provided such a safe calm strength, my mommy and sissy were there to cheer me on, and of course my birth angels to make sure all was well and big brother (downstairs deep in legos). I cannot believe this day was only 5 months ago!! It seems like B has been here with us all along. The time is already going so fast..she tried avocado yesterday! Anyway… feeling blessed for this full hectic life and all the people in it. Happy 5 months Banks (oh and thanks for quitting colic) that was a doozy ( @rebeccacoursey_photosandfilm )

The 31-years-old celebrity mom, has never been shy about sharing the ups and downs of parenting and even manages to find humor in motherhood’s messiest moments.. Before Hilary Duff share on her Instagram about how “super goddess” she is after dropping off her son Luca, 6, at school Tuesday morning.

“OK a few thoughts … real talk this is the first day I had two kids on my own on a school morning. Breastfeeding and making breakfast, getting 2 kids and myself dressed and packed and out the door while tripping over 4 dogs and feeding the damn fish was not easy. But I did it. And I’m proud of myself!” the mom-of-two wrote next to a photo of herself sitting in her car.

The “Younger” star, just want to praise moms everywhere for their dedication to their families.

“I’m proud of every mom out there who MAKES IT FREAKIN HAPPEN. All day! Everyday! You are the s—! Bad ass, super goddess, world taker oner and you deserved to be praised,” she gushed.

Duff included a hilarious P.S. about getting five precious minutes to herself “to do some make-up” only to turn around and discover her son “had used my lipstick as warrior paint on his face.”

Earlier this month, Hilary Duff re-created a glamour shot of actress Rachel McAdams using two breast pumps months after welcoming her son.

In her pic, which was actually for a fashion photoshoot, McAdams wears Versace and a diamond necklace.

In Duff’s version, she wears a shower cap, a baggy coat and has a heating pad around her neck!

“Am I doing this right?” she captioned it.
