Congratulation for Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost for the wedding that headed in an intimate ceremony at Johansson’s home in Palisades, New York. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Black Widow star still held the wedding on, by following Covid-19 safety precautions as directed by CDC.
According to People the prep for the big day of the happy in love couple “only planned the wedding for weeks. Just close friends and family attended.”
Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost made the announcement via instagram of the organization they have both long supported on October 29. A source tells, “They wanted a quiet, private ceremony with their close friends and family, and they pulled it off.”
The JJ newlywed couple got engaged in May 2019. For Jost it’s his first marriage while Johansson has been married twice to actor Ryan Reynolds from September 2008 to December 2010, then to Romain Dauriac from 2014 to 2017 and have a daughter Rose Dorothy Dauriac.
The marriage proposal was another unique, romantic and “killed it” according to Ellen DeGeneres in October. Colin Jost setting up the proposal in “a whole James Bond situation.” Scarlett Johansson said delightfully, “It was surprising—he’s got a lot behind that news desk he’s hiding. He’s very charming and very thoughtful and romantic. But yeah, I was surprised. Even if you kind of imagine what that moment’s gonna be like, it’s still a beautiful moment.”
