It’s easy to see and say, when you heard or read about the celebrity experiences in getting back to their post-baby, sometimes the easiest way is to believe that the over weight inherited from your family, then family got the blamed 🙂

Nadya Sulaeman, here wants to share her tips on how back into her pre-baby jeans, after nine months given birth of octuplets. “I topped 270 pounds while pregnant,” the controversial 34-year-old mother of 14 kids — Elijah, 8; Amerah, 7; Joshua, 6; Aidan, 4; twins Calyssa and Caleb, 3; and 9-month-old octuplets Josiah, Makai, Jeremiah, Nariyah, Jonah, Noah, Maliyah and Isaiah, tells Us Weekly.

It’s not easy for her to getting back into shape after delivering eight babies, “I was eating everything in sight,” she compares to her first pregnancy where she easily got back to size two.

Diet and work out, she shares her tips. She can manage to work out at midnight as she joins a local gym after the birth, while nanny watches over her sleeping children. She workouts with strength training and no cardio, since she “gets enough of that with kids.”

Combine with diet with five protein-packed meals or snacks a day normally consist of “anything the kids are eating.” The food in the Sulaeman’s house consist with oatmeal, sushi, turkey, and even homemade baby food. “As long as it’s nutritious, it’s good to eat,” the busy mom who gets by on three hours sleep explains.

She did not seek for any surgical help for her weight, she says, “Even my Ob-Gyn is astounded at how I’ve snapped back, and she knows I haven’t had anything done!”
