A proud and helping sister said to access hollywood, “I’m very excited, it’s still surreal to me that my sister is in fact pregnant! I felt the baby kick….”
Welcoming a new niece or nephew is not a new thing for her, “My brother[Brendan Minogue] has two children already, but it just seems like when it’s your baby sister, it’s a little different.”
Between her brief of tight schedule to promote her upcoming album and a sexy video for her single, All The Lovers, she’s helping her sister to preparing the birth of her first child, which will be due July 2010.
“I’m down with [diaper] changing and all of that so no problem.”
The alum of Neighbors who battled to breast cancer in 2005, once said about her fear to not be able being a mom.
She said, “I’d love to have babies, but, it’s very hard. Perhaps if you are resolutely sure that is not the path you want to go down, that’s ok. But if there is an element of doubt, you can’t help but question it. It’s not fun.”
She has high understanding in sisterhood to turned down the over as X-factor judge overseas because her sister is one of the judges together with Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole in British version.
She makes clear the reason and explains, “My sister has — she’s just shined the last couple of years and I’m so happy and relieved and proud of her that people — they’ve just fallen in love with her and I just… I don’t think I could do the job as well as she does.”
“If I had no choice and I [was] stuck in a seat, I’d find a way, but it wasn’t quite the right time for me and more importantly I thought, that’s her thing.”
