Ella Bleu , the oldest daughter of John Travolta with Kelly Preston, celebrated her 21st birthday over the weekend. Her father gave her a birthday shout on his Instagram .
The photo of Ella Bleu’s smiling attached to the post. Her face’s line remind me to her mother, Kelly Preston and her eyes and hair just like her proud daddy. I say she is a prefect combination of both mom and dad. “Happy 21st birthday to the most beautiful, kind, human being and artist I know,” Travolta wrote, adding, “Your dad adores you!”
Just like most celebrity children, Ella start following her parent’s footsteps. Started the ‘family business’ when she was a little girl in 2009’s Old Dogs with both of her parents, now The Poison Rose actress starring her debuts without her famous dad as her co-star.
She told People, “Since I was very little, I’ve loved performing, singing, dancing, and putting on shows at home for my family and friends.”
“In our house in Maine we have this stage area set up with a little red curtain and my friends and I would perform there…We did (everything), from the Hulk to Christmas shows and one year we all played different ‘Housewives of Maine.’
In The Poison Rose, a noir thriller, which is also starred by her father and Morgan Freeman, she played as a young widow.
“It helped so much having my dad there,” she said. “It was so comforting and he’s the best mentor ever.”
“When I have any questions, my mom and dad have the best advice, and that’s amazing… I love that it’s sort of the family business!” Ella said. “Whatever I would have chosen to do they would have supported me, but they’re really proud of me for (acting)…and that makes me proud, too!”
Both her parents support her acting career. Kelly Preston, Ella Bleu’s mom, who died this past July, once took to Instagram about her stunning daughter.
Preston wrote, “Still in absolute awe of my stunning daughter @ella.travolta I just re-watched all of her interviews this past week doing press for #thepoisonrose and she has jumped into the family business as an absolute natural.”
