Adele, the POP superstar, buying her new mansion in Beverly Hills, which is Sylvester Stallone‘s L.A mansion. The magnificent estate was listed for $110million, but she bought for $58 million, almost half price.
Sylvester Stallone, who has moved to Florida, had struggled to sell the L.A mansion which he bought in the 1990. According to the listing, the price at first down to $80 million from $110 million, since not getting any buyers. But the lucky Adele paid for $58 million for the keys.
The property is contemporary Mediterranean house on a sprawling 3.5 acres in the exclusive enclave of North Beverly Park.
This mansion will be Adele latest addition to her property collection, besides her lavish Kensington mews home, West London. The 33-years-old singer, who is currently dating sports agent Rich Paul, 40, and son, Angelo, 9, will be enjoying her eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms mansion.
Adele reached a divorce settlement last January, after 2 years split with Simon Konecki, 47.
